All content on this website (text, images, logos, resources) is owned by Empowered Maternal Health and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Empowered Maternal Health is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

REFUND POLICY FINAL SALE

All coaching packages and services are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of one-on-one coaching services and the time commitment required to reserve your coaching spot and prepare customized materials, refunds are not offered once this Agreement is signed and payment is received. By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Your purchased appointment is valid up to 1 year from the purchase date.

TRY BEFORE YOU COMMIT

We offer several ways to ensure our coaching is the right fit before making a financial commitment:

- Free 15-Minute Discovery Call: Discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine if we're a good fit

- Single Session Option: Purchase one session to experience coaching before committing to a package

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance of any appointment.

PREGNANCY LOSS, COMPLICATIONS, OR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

We understand that pregnancy and postpartum is an unpredictable time. If you experience pregnancy loss, severe complications, hospitalization, postpartum complications, or other significant medical emergencies, please contact us immediately. While refunds are not available, we will work with you compassionately to find a solution that honors both your circumstances and the sustainability of our business. Accommodations may include:

- Pausing your coaching timeline until you're ready to resume

- Extending your 12-month session validity period (in extenuating circumstances)

- Allowing you to transfer remaining sessions to your partner, a family member, or friend who could benefit from prenatal/postnatal support

- In rare cases, partial credit toward future services when you're ready to resume coaching These accommodations are offered at Coach's discretion and are not guaranteed. Each situation will be evaluated individually with compassion and fairness. Documentation (such as a doctor's note) may be requested for certain accommodations.

WHAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

All fees are non-refundable, including: Package fees and session fees, payment processing fees, sessions already completed, and unused sessions that expire after 1 year.

UNUSED SESSIONS

Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of your first payment date. It is your responsibility to schedule sessions within this timeframe. Unused sessions expire after 12 months without refund, credit, or extension (except in documented extenuating circumstances as described above).
